Winning the AV Trust Race
Autonomous vehicles portend significant benefits, from improved road safety, reduced congestion, and broader access to transportation to drastically reduced pollution. Today, companies are developing and testing autonomous systems and technology, but winning the tech race alone won’t be enough to realize these potential benefits. Autonomous vehicle companies will also need to win the trust of the communities in which they will operate. Join us for a candid conversation about how cities, non-profits, local communities, and industry are working together to build public trust in this potentially transformative new technology through community engagement, public demonstrations, and research.
