Robot was born on the Day of the Stoner, April 20, in 1994. He began rapping at eight years old, his first mixtape being recorded on a tape recorder that his teacher gave him. He’d get his rap name from the cartoon, Robot Jones, because he identified with the intellectual android; he, too, tutored his peers. He graduated high school with a 4.0 GPA and began on a road to taking music to the next level and, so far, he’s succeeded with each release, growing more technically sound and original with each release. He mixes, masters, and records all of his music.

Robot released his debut studio album, Table 50, on December 31, 2015. It featured one of his most popular songs to date, “Pull Up (T.T.L.B.),” a rambunctious, electronic record that captured his eccentricity. The resulting wave of interest from it elevated his stature in the Austin, TX scene, enabling him to perform for the Sigma Nu fraternity at the prestigious Cornell University and then be asked to perform at the Rare House in Los Angeles.
