Sara Newens

Sara Newens is a documentary filmmaker and Emmy award-winning editor. Her first feature film, TOP SPIN, was acquired by First Run Features, while her recent short, FOOTPRINT, won top prizes at festivals and was featured by The NYTimes Op-Docs series. A graduate of the MFA Documentary Film Program at Stanford University, she is based in Los Angeles.
