Jonathas worked and performed alongside many of the most renown R&B recording artists such as Ne-Yo, The Dream, Pleasure P, Lyfe Jennings, to name a few. He also worked with many Hip Hop legends like Snoop Dogg, Bun-B, Slim Thug, Z-Ro, Paul Wall, Chamillionaire, and Dorrough. He worked behind the scenes penning for multiple production teams such as Grammy Award Winning J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League, DJ Khaled's We The Best Producers, The Renegades, and Atlanta hit maker KE.
By 2010, Jonathas was featured as the only R&B act on the SXSW 'Best of Texas' Showcase. Two years later, he was featured on season 2 of NBC's The Voice as a member of Christina Aguilera's Team. By 2014, he released The Foreigner 3 (TF3) Hosted by DEF JAMs A&R VP Don Cannon. In 2015, Jonathas took a hiatus after he suffered the loss of his sister, but decided to come back even stronger than ever.
