Originally from the Dominican Republic, all three members of Kompas Trio are female artists who have performed and studied internationally, but who have also made successful careers in the United States. In the spirit of building cultural bridges, the purpose of this group is to perform community oriented concerts of contemporary and classical chamber music repertoire predominantly by Hispanic and Latin American composers.
