Herizen is a Cuban-Jamaican singer, songwriter, and actor. She was the lead of Baz Luhrmann's groundbreaking Netflix series THE GET DOWN, and the lead in USA Network's "Dare Me" which was co-produced by Netflix. Inspired by her reggae musician father, Herizen has also been featured on numerous musical projects, including Absofacto's "Thousand Peaces" EP, THE GET DOWN soundtrack and the official soundtrack for the Major Lazer documentary "Give Me Future." By October of 2018, she released her first EP, “Come Over To My House.” Three months later, she was featured on What So Not's single, "We Can Be Friends." 2020 is gearing up to be an exciting year for Herizen’s music career with two songs featured in “Dare Me” and a new EP set to release in the spring.
