Sofia Macchi is a singer-songwriter born on April 28 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
In 2014 she appeared as a lead role on the musical sitcom “Wake Up With No Makeup”, this was a The Coca Company Production in Mexico broadcasted vía E! Entertainment television and Netflix for all Latinamerica.
Sofia Macchi recorded her first solo album in 2016, under the name “Me fui a Volver”, this album is formed by 8 original songs written by her and produced by Herman Nunes at Multiverso Records in Mexico City.
The first single “Niña de las estrellas” was released on 2017 which received a favorable reception and was positioned in numerous Spotify playlists. Then those second single called “Cafe para Dos” was on Chile, Argentina, Ecuador and Mexico’s Spotify Top 50 songs with more than a million plays. Her third single “Eres tú” was el received in Japan making it’s way through the Top 50 on Spotify Japan. With more than a 100,000 active listeners, Sofia has performed all over Mexico in venues like National Auditorium, El Lunario, Meteopolitan Theatre, Plaza Condesa, Caradura, Bajo Circuito and Foro del Tejedor amongst others.
