Women's health is an increasingly politicized area of health care. Learn about the current landscape nationally and in Texas and engage with individuals working in and interested in women's health to network and exchange ideas for ensuring access to these critical services. A brief overview of the state of women's health will be followed by a discussion led by an expert in women's health policy focused on how to engage policymakers to preserve funding for and access to women's health services, as well as on how to help clients navigate women's health services in these challenging times--with a focus on vulnerable populations including adolescent, LGBTQ, and immigrant populations.
