How Diversity Became Our Implicit Bias

We all know that diversity can make an agency more effective and more profitable. Implementing it though can be a slow process that takes a toll on existing staff and new hires alike. But what happens when diversity comes from the top down? When leadership represents many points of view?

From the nuts-and-bolts of pay equity audits to socially conscious creative projects, join Dailey’s leadership for a discussion about how diverse leadership can create a space in which all kinds of people thrive.
