Women of cultural backgrounds (color) are paid the lowest of all groups and are less likely to be in leadership positions as they are impacted with cultural/family bias, lack of role models, mentors champions. Meet other individuals who have had similar experiences while you informally discuss how to overcome the obstacles, mindset and how to champion other women in organizations so there is a reduction of salary gap and increased gender diversity.
