Hiroaki Kitano, President and CEO of Sony Computer Science Laboratories, Inc. (Sony CSL) will appear on stage with Dr. Jürgen Schmidhuber, the father of modern AI, Hiroshi Ishiguro, the doyen of research on humanoid robots, and Kate Darling, Research Specialist at the MIT Media Lab, to discuss themes such as how technological development will deepen understanding of human beings, and how it may expand our creativity. Additionally, Hiroshi Ishiguro and Toshihiro Konno, Chief Financial Officer & Corporate EVP at Sony Music Entertainment(Japan) (SMEJ) will talk about the concept of a new music project utilizing AI assist composition technique "Flow Machines (https://www.flow-machines.com/)" by SMEJ and Sony CSL.
