Design Thinking in Practice
Design Thinking is a human-centered approach that finds solutions for businesses and its customers through proven processes. It emphasizes empathy building, solving for a need, story-based ideation and validating potential solutions. Through the design thinking process, we are able to learn about users, discover opportunities, solve problems or meet needs, and test their assumptions.
In this class, participants will learn design thinking methods and principles which will help them address their current product challenges. You don't have to be a designer; all disciplines are encouraged to attend.
