Lil House Phone grew up in Hawthorne, CA, a superb of Los Angeles next to Inglewood and near LAX. Also the home of Tyler the Creator, Odd Future and Cuco, many of whom he was friends with growing up and skating at the “Dirty.” House Phone describes Hawthorne as a "good melting pot that wasn't super hood and wasn't super nice... somewhere in the middle."

Emerging the most pits of the underground LA HAM ON EVERYTHING parties, he often was spotted crowd surfing with the likes of Playboi Carti, Seshhollowwaterboyz, $uicide Boy$ and other regular HAM staples during the mid 2010’s. Soon after House Phone started performing his own music at the weekly DIY parties…

Eventually meeting Adam 22 and becoming an early regular host the on No Jumper podcast. House Phone has released three projects to date: 310) 973-XXXX EP, Voicemails and Voicemails 2. His most notable songs include “Tokyo Goons,” “Trappin Off The House Phone” &“Telefono De Casa.”

This will be House Phone’s debut SXSW.
