Slow Caves spent the last year on tour in preparation to record their debut album. During their travels a collection of songs were written, rehearsed, arranged and honed - simultaneously their identity as a band was forged. Danish-born brothers Oliver (guitar / vocals) and Jakob Mueller (guitar / vocals) front Slow Caves with childhood friends, Jackson Lamperes (drums) and David Dugan (bass) rounding out the band. Over the course of 11 tracks, Slow Caves craft a lush record which maintains the heaviness of grunge while unabashedly embracing pop-hooks and soaring vocal melodies. Grammy-Nominated producer, Chris “Frenchie” Smith, re-
corded and produced the album in his Austin-based Bubble Studios in early 2018.
