In this film, the meaning of the phrase "take a chance" is to show the world who you are. Take the chance of people not necessarily agreeing with you or liking what you do, and see what happens. The four dancers in this film break out of their shell's more and more as the film progresses, and this is displayed with the music building and the intensity of the movement expanding.
