Chapman Bullock is an Award Winning Motion Design Art Director and Animator. Over the last decade, he has directed and produced work for companies like Nike, LG Display, Cisco, GSD&M, TBWA/Chait and NFL Network as well as with major film studios like Sony Pictures as a VFX artist on feature films like Spider man.
Bullock now operates under PROPER. A Design and Animation company that works directly with agencies, brands and films of all sizes to create high-end content that can be integrated into any platform.
