Josephine is the Publishing Director at Ultra Music, headquartered in New York, with offices in Los Angeles, Atlanta, London, and Zurich. Ultra represents over 20,000 works across multiple genres, including many Diamond, Platinum, and Gold certified songs (OMI “Cheerleader”, James Arthur “Say You Wont Let Go”, Katy Perry “Firework”, Rihanna “Only Girl In The World”); songs produced by urban legends Zaytoven and CNote; and the catalogs of T. Monk, Master P, Penguin Café’ Orchestra.

Josephine constantly identifies new songwriters, producers and catalogs to add to the Ultra roster, new partnership opportunities with labels, international publishers, digital service providers, and other sector organizations to promote the repertoire of Ultra clients.
