David's introduction into the music industry started as a teenager when his former band signed to Warner Brothers Records. After years of touring, he was able to take his experience as an artist and bring it to working for artists at Seattle based management, record label, and music publishing company Votiv.

In his five year tenure at Votiv, David's industry experience includes artist manager, project manager, head of production, and more.

Although he's been talking about it for years, he still doesn't own a dog.
