Robert Vickers has spent almost 40 years in the music industry. He played bass guitar with The Go-Betweens from 1983 to 1987, then with Yo La Tengo, Lloyd Cole, Amy Rigby and The Mad Scene. He was the publicist for Jetset Records and now owns and operates Proxy Media PR, a music publicity company.
