Kate Richling is the VP of Marketing at MediaMonks, a global creative production partner. Previously, Kate was a Co-Founder and CMO at Birdsnest, a software company that provided strategic performance management to agencies, prior to its acquisition. Before launching Birdsnest, Kate worked at Phenomblue, a digital agency, for nearly a decade in a variety of roles including VP of Communications and Marketing Director prior to becoming VP and GM.
