Laura Mingail is an award-winning marketer, product innovator and VR/AR advocate. She has helped to build initiatives that harness VR and AR to drive consumer engagement and sales, such as the development of the VR/AR strategy for the ecosystem of businesses under one of Canada’s leading entertainment companies, Cineplex Inc., which included initiating and leading the relationship with The VOID.
Laura is regularly invited to speak on the fast-evolving landscape of VR/AR, and is also a contributor to UploadVR.
As the Director of Marketing & Business Development at Entertainment One, she is responsible for developing and executing marketing and partner promotions for a range of content, with focus on film and VR. Laura also works on developing new business opportunities in the VR space, with Secret Location – the first company in the world to win a Primetime Emmy® Award for a virtual reality project, and an Entertainment One company.
