Screen fatigue has set in, and our engagement with tech is moving to the IRL, 3D world. Physical spaces and products are now smart and helpful (Hi Alexa!). Blurring into the background, they enable more natural, human interactions with digital-physical experiences. But creating this requires new “blended design” expertise that merges digital and physical product design.
This session will explore how brands can use a new design rubric to create experiences that foster deeper customer relationships.
