Sean Madden is responsible for envisioning and executing best-in-class service for Nike retail consumers worldwide. In this role, Madden works to drive new consumer experiences at retail. This includes the immersive Nike Run and Basketball Trial Zone in Nike Soho, the launch of the Nike app in stores, and new flagship retail store experiences coming in 2018. Madden has served as program faculty at Yale’s Executive School of Management and taught in the graduate design program at the California College of the Arts. He has written and spoken extensively on how emerging technologies are impacting service delivery, information networks, and user experience. Madden’s commentary has appeared in publications including the Harvard Business Review, WIRED and Fastco Design.
