Isolating the delta between who we were this morning and who we want to be moving forward is a design lens. The lens of behavior change. Behavior defines us, it defines our users. Designing for it means isolating actions you want to encourage in your users and back-casting from there.
This session will discuss how to leverage narrative arc, a behavior change lens, and a design/strategy toolkit to illuminate the delta between what a person is doing, and what a person is capable of—the keystone to powerful, world-changing design.
