Responsible Visual Discourse in the Media

Date TBA

Imagery works on us subconsciously to inform our understanding of the world. When that understanding is biased, even if unconsciously, it has a material effect on our society’s identity, economics and global perspective. This panel will explain what responsible visual discourse looks like, why it is important, and will explore what mechanisms should be in place to ensure its place in the media.
