How Volumetric Humans Impact Storytelling in VR/AR

As 6-degrees of freedom hits the masses, three of VR’s top creatives will share the impact of incorporating real human performance into their narrative storytelling. Hear how past projects like Emblematic’s “After Solitary,” Valis Studio’s room-scale Smithsonian Project for Intel, Within’s “Hallelujah” project with Lytro, and future projects will incorporate volumetric capture of human performances to push the boundaries of the medium’s narrative capability and sense of presence for the viewer.
