Our world is filled with inequities along lines of race, gender, sexual orientation and other identities. They show up on almost any measure you can think of: income, wealth, life expectancy, or venture capital funding. Recent polls even show that almost 50% of white Americans don't believe racism is a big problem. This workshop aims to teach effective strategies for engaging these skeptics, empowering allies with persuasion tools based on recent research in neurobiology.
