Considering election 2016, it's essential to learn about one's religious opposites. A panel of mostly secular filmmakers will discuss how and why they have chosen to make works exploring religious topics: Hasidic Judaism, the Amish, evangelical Christianity, an invented religion. They will also deal with the key questions of distribution and viewership: is there resistance to religious-themed films from a secular film world?
