This panel will discuss the Assistant Director's (AD) job description, focusing why they are essential to a productin, due to their unique skill sets which ensure that your project gets made. We will explain the necessity for an AD's depth of production knowledge, strong management/creative problem solving skills, requirement to ensure safety to cast and crew, all while working in a highly stressful environment. Additionally, the panelists will offer advice on to become an AD.
