Who's Responsible for User Bad Behavior Online?

Date TBA

The United States is home to the world's most innovative companies- and not by accident. In the earliest days of the internet, Congress passed robust protections for intermediaries, giving rise to the technologies of today. This panel will explore how everyone from dating apps, to social media, to startups still benefit from the internet safe harbors created almost two decades ago. As internet companies flourish, this panel will discuss how we must protect these laws for innovation to come.
