Preserving Culture: Photogrammetry & Citizen Science

This session requires RSVP, and access will only be available to badge types listed under "Primary Access."

In this workshop, Arc/k Project Founder Brian Pope and photogrammetry specialists from his non-profit will discuss the importance of preserving cultural heritage through photogrammetry. Join them for hands-on training and learn how easy it is to be a “citizen scientist” and archive our unique environmental and cultural histories simply by taking a series of photos, whether they be via cell phone, DSLR, or video. These images are then rendered to create 3D models which can be used in all XR technologies.
