Molly Garris is a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing at Neutrogena, a Johnson & Johnson Consumer Company. She and her team oversee digital marketing and content creation for Neutrogena, a $1.6B+ brand. Her efforts have benchmarked Neutrogena as "Gifted" by the industry research firm, L2, when it comes to Digital Pacesetters in Beauty and Personal Care.
Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Molly worked at creative advertising agency, Leo Burnett, leading the mobile marketing practice and working on digital strategy across brands like Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Intel, Kellogg and Whirlpool. While at Burnett, she was recognized by Advertising Age as a 2013 Woman to Watch.
She published a book in early 2015, “A Beginner’s Guide to Mobile Marketing”, with co-author and business professor, Dr. Karen Mishra, whom she met while guest lecturing at alma mater, Michigan State University. Molly now resides in Los Angeles and does not miss Michigan winters.
