Before you jump into the madness of the day, join Terri for a lively and lighthearted Vinyasa Flow practice. With an emphasis on breath and connection between mind and body, we will tap into our inner 3-year-olds to play, wobble, laugh, and explore using physical postures. Yoga is meant to be fun, while offering serious tools for regulating the nervous system, handling stressful situations, and finding contentment within yourself. Breathing is the only pre-requisite! All are welcome.
