We're seeing moves in the market that reflect how people want to interact with their devices. It started with touchscreens, but now with intelligent interfaces and voice control, we're seeing new ways to interact that drive everything from how we make calls, order lunch and book travel. Users are increasingly inclined to interact with their devices in ways that feel most natural, and device makers must adapt to better understand thoughtful integrations of software and services into hardware.
