Mar 10, 2018

2:00pm – 3:00pm CT

This free and open to the public session is presented by SXSW & General Assembly. To gain entry, download your free SXSW Guest Pass in two minutes at guestpass.sxsw.com

Design Thinking is a human-centered approach that finds solutions for businesses and it's customers through proven processes. It emphasizes empathy building, solving for a need, story-based ideation and validating potential solutions. Through the design thinking process, we are able to learn about users, discover opportunities, solve problems or meet needs, and test their assumptions.

In this session, participants will be encouraged to share their current product challenges to be applied to design thinking skills so they can learn actionable next steps.

You don't have to be a designer; all disciplines are encouraged to attend.
