Run Strong by Under Armour

This program has been designed to address the conditioning needs of a runner. Runners need unilateral strength, mobility (ankles & hips & spine) and core strength in all environments to improve performance & durability. ‘Run Strong’ is a 60-minute Bodyweight only program delivered by the Under Armour Training Team, that will challenge strength, balance and coordination and it can be done anywhere to give runners a competitive edge!
