#PositiveSelfTalk is a series of journaling workshops that focus on self-care, self-love, and mental/emotional wellness. These workshops welcome vulnerability and honesty through words. We navigate through journaling prompts that help us adjust the way we speak to ourselves so that we are more prone to trust our own mind/intuition. We don't have to be hard on ourselves to accomplish a goal. We don't have to be so harsh with ourselves when we make mistakes. We can reflect peacefully. These workshops remind us that being human is okay, and that we aren't alone. True reflection and connection happens here in a laid-back environment with positive vibes. Write, release, connect.
