Battling Burnout: Breathwork + Goin' Yin Workshop
A guided workshop to help overcome the ongoing battle against burnout. We’ll partake in reflective journaling as we discuss what burnout is + how to address it, move through a badass (transformational) breathwork exercise to tap into our internal state + move stress up and out, then close with a juicy yin yoga sequence to ground + soothe. Attendees will feel supported, rejuvenated and more empowered to handle the ups + downs of everyday life.
