WHATUPRG is a Mexican-American artist/producer from Gwinnett County, GA. With only three singles out, RG has managed to garner an impressive resume within the last two years. Featured on Derek Minor’s “Your Soul Must Fly” EP and, most recently, the Lecrae and Andy Mineo assisted, “Light Work” by the 116 collective, RG seemingly demands attention with his witty lyrics and infectious tone but RG proves to be more than just a “feature artist”. At only 21 years old, RG aspires to create from a place of vulnerability and honesty. “I’m not ashamed of my faith and I’m not afraid of transparency; this is me. I’m only human and you’re gonna get that on every song.”
