M. Rivers released his debut album Champion on Parts + Labor Records in the last half of 2017. The first single, "Champion", is exploding across North America with over 1.5 million streams on "What's In-Store" retail outlets, 2.8 million streams via a feature on the World Surf League and ranked in the Canadian Top 40 Alternative Chart. "Champion" started 2018 in the top 15 of Spotify's own "New Noise" playlist and it's just getting started.
M. Rivers has performed over 1,000 live shows including the largest festivals in North America and Europe. His credits include over 100 live radio performances and musical guest appearances on both Late Night with Conan O’brien and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
As the front man for Redlight King, his hit “Bullet In My Hand” went to Number 3 on the Billboard Rock Charts and stayed in the top 40 for 36 weeks. Rivers’ version of Neil Young’s “Old Man” charted top 15 on Billboard and was the 13th most played Alternative Rock Song of 2011. His music has also been featured in such films as The Italian Job, Draft Day, Iron Man 3 and The Avengers, television shows such as “Malcolm in the Middle” and “Person of Interest”.
