You Have Your Father's Eyes

In late 2015 freshly formed, LYLO recorded, produced and self-released their debut album 'Handsome Living', a mature debut delicately conceived of shoegaze and dream pop moments à la Cocteau Twins. Throughout 2016 LYLO developed their lo-fi DIY sound into a bigger, bolder and groovier beast. In April 2017 this new sound was realised with the release of 'You Have Your Father's Eyes', a transcendental cacophony of sound which caught the attention of the music press and BBC 6 Music with it's seductive fusion of post-punk, dream pop and jazz.

Lauded for their musicianship the five piece of Mitch Flynn (Vocals/Guitar), Justin Allan (Drums), Jack Seaton (Bass), Iain McCall (Sax) and Niall Morris (Synth) all in the early 20's take their organic approach to writing music to another level and on stage their live performances are every bit as dazzling as their music is on record.

LYLO's eagerly anticipated new album 'Post Era' (Released Jan 26th on El Rancho) was again written, recorded, produced and mixed by LYLO in their hometown of Glasgow and showcases their unique and diverse blend of modern pop influences. A must see band at this years SXSW!
