Troy Garrick is an Alternative R&B singer-songwriter from Denton, TX. His 2016 release "Neon" was completely produced, recorded, mixed and mastered himself. This EP received public praise in Fall 2016 from budding R&B superstar, Kehlani via public Twitter post.
