Vancouver's I M U R has become synonymous with bass-heavy beats and sultry RnB vocals. The trio's eclectic mix of instrumental melodies and "slick hip-hop production" (Georgia Straight) transcends genre and "induces true goosebumps" (All Things Go).

Since their conception in 2015, I M U R has played Shambhala Music Festival, World Ski & Snowboard Festival, Astral Harvest, Center of Gravity, Rifflandia and most recently the main stage of Bumbershoot Music Festival alongside internationally recognized artists Big Sean, Odesza and Solange. Their first EP, Slow Dive, landed them a #5 spot on Billboard’s Global Viral Spotify Chart while singles from their sophomore album, Little Death (2017), have been featured in ads by Patagonia and Lululemon and on popular TV shows such as Wynona Earp and Working Moms.

In addition to receiving praise from Noisey, Exclaim!, Hiphop Canada, Beatroute Magazine, The Georgia Straight, IDOBI, All Things Go and other International blogs, I M U R was recently nominated for a Western Canadian Music Award for Electronic Artist of the Year.
