Blindur is the project of the song writer and producer Massimo De Vita. In just 3 years Blindur palyed over 300 concerts between Italy and Europe, taking part to important international festivals, like the Body&Soul Festival (2015-Ireland) and the Iceland Airwaves Festival (2016 and 2017) at Reykjavik, being for two editions in a row the only Italian band in the off venue schedule.
The band produced between 2014 and 2016 2 live EPs and in 2017 the first official album for “La Tempesta dischi"; in 2017 Blindur published a cover mini album "mozzarella session" featuring many international artists.
Blindur won many musical prizes like : Premio Bertoli, Premio De Andrè, Premio Buscaglione, premio Discodays Giovani as part of seventeenth records meeting in Naples.
In 2016 Blindur was "best new band of the year" for KeepOn magazine; in 2017 the debut album was in the top five of the best first albums for Tenco prize and album of the year for Losthigway Magazine.
Blindur featured with many artists: Damien Rice, Niccolò Fabi, The Zen Circus, Barzin, Afterhours, Cristina Donà and many others.
Blindur also worked with Birgir Birgisson, Sigur Ros's sound engineer and producer.
