Blonde Maze at The Iron Bear
NY/UK-based electro-pop artist Blonde Maze documents her experiences and emotions through synths, bells, and sincere lyrics. She made her debut in 2015 with her EP Oceans, which told the story of her transatlantic love affair. A year later, Blonde Maze released her follow-up single, Antarctica, dubbed a "glowing return" by Pigeons & Planes. After several months of writing and recording, her latest single, Thunder, delivered even more of her signature "gauzy electronic pop with some delicious analogue elements" (Clash Magazine). Over the last two years, Blonde Maze has played some of New York’s most storied venues, from Mercury Lounge to Music Hall of Williamsburg, and has supported acts including Elderbrook, The Shadowboxers, and Vallis Alps. She has received press from publications including Pigeons & Planes, Nylon, and Clash Magazine, and love from notable curators and playlists including BBC1, MrSuicideSheep, Spotify's Weekly Buzz, MTV Radar, and Apple Music's Chill House. Her releases have charted at #18 on Spotify's US Viral 50 and #1 on HypeMachine.
