TAWINGS is a Japanese indie band from Tokyo who got together in the summer of 2016.
The members are Cony Plankton(Vo/Gt), eliy(Ba), Kanae(Perc/Vo/Gt), and Yurika(Dr). The band’s sound is a mix of Garage, Post Punk and New Wave etc..

TAWINGS have been performing as the support act for many foreign bands such as Japanese Breakfast, Fazerdaze, Peach Kelli Pop, and Jerry Paper etc..
The band released their first 7 inch EP “Listerine/Dad Cry” in May 2017 which sold out and will be releasing a second cassette EP in January 2018.
