FAIRE sees the day in January 2015 in Paris.
It’s in a hotel basement that Romain, Raphael et Simon manipulate and experiment with all sorts of machines and instruments. The band appears frequently during diverse artistic manifestations in galleries and exposition spaces where they play ambient sets. Quickly the word goes around and a fan base is created. They are then invited to play on bigger stages.
After playing at Paris Psych Fest 2015, FAIRE decides to leave France so to broaden its horizons. It’s the beginning of a one year journey that will start in Montreal to end up in Mexico City. During this year the band plays more shows and records an EP in New York: SAVOIR. Back in France since then, FAIRE released 2 EPs: LE TAMALE in february 2017 and C'EST L'ETE in june 2017.
