During the past years Blackberries made it to one of Germany’s most exciting psychedelic bands.
Their delicious mixture of catchy melodies, hypnotic-krauty instrumental-journeys and a pulsative energy is a unique melange. Inpired by the old masters but still here and now the Blackberries sound never sound than just a salute from former times.
In 2016 the quartett released two records that collected fabulous reviews by mags such as Rolling Stone, Intro, Musikexpress, OX, GQ and MINT.
In addition to that Blackberries had two extensive tours in Germany and Europe, as well as celebrated festival appearances at Maifeld Derby, Burg Herzberg, New Fall festival, Open Source Festival or c/o Pop.
The first CD- and vinyl pressings of „Greenwich Mean Time“ were sold out after not even six months.
Currently the band is writing & rehearsing for the next record. During the upcoming performances there will defintely be the one or another premiere of a new song. So watch out!
