She constantly performs for small crowds at odd locations around the US. Judy Diaz who is an actual pool cleaner in Los Angeles, struggles to balance work and family as a single mother. She dreams of saving enough money to buy a home. Fatima Harmi loves skating and competed as a teenager. She has been fighting lupus for the past few years and is rarely well enough to skate. Then there is YahNé Ndgo, the political activist, who will always fight for those who don't have a voice. "The Clock at The Back of The Cage” is a haunting, otherworldly stop-motion animated for a song co-written and performed by Amanda Palmer (The Dresden Dolls) and indie psychedelic hero Edward Ka-Spel (Legendary Pink Dots). With a nod to Jan Svankmajer, two live actors and a sea of ordinary objects transform under a single camera-view stationed far above, capturing a surreal journey of love, isolation, loss and fantasy, leaving more questions asked than answered. The viewer is enticed to draw from their own imagination as they are taken on a trip as a witness into the intimate dream-world happenings between two partners as they slumber and fight to stay connected. A girl walks through the streets as she explores dance choreography based on body language, and more specifically sign language. One night, while listening to some bangers, Frank discovers that sometimes death doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t enjoy good beats. The dead body of a girl and a guy begin to dance, channeling the Chris Lake track “I Want You” and all its sexiness. Things soon take an unexpected turn in this fun view of the after-life. In “Second Hand Lovers” a modern day bachelor shares his apartment with the memory of all his past lovers put together. In his fantasy they all share a loving, perfect, harmonious relationship, all synced into one being. The fantasy falls apart when he meets a real woman and has to choose between the safety of daydreaming and the challenges of real love. ZionT is a private detective who accepts requests to help people find their lost or missing animal companions. He is also willing to risk anything to meet someone who will truly bond with him.
