Colin Elmore is 29-year old singer-songwriter native of Willow Springs, Missouri, who grew up
performing gospel music with his parents throughout the Ozarks. Having one grandfather that
was a preacher in the church, and another that has been part of a southern gospel quartet for over
60 years, Elmore was conditioned early in life to the unique nuances that come from traveling
and performing during the development years as child. Elmore moved to Nashville, Tennessee,
and entrenched himself in the Nashville singer-songwriting scene which led to a deal with Sony
Music Nashville, where Elmore is currently working on his debut album for the label group.
Now, Elmore’s larger than life personality and stature can be found on any stage, anywhere, with
his band The Danville Train, fusing soul, southern and indie rock styles of music with Elmore’s
own Midwestern storytelling of heartbreak, loss and love found.
